Reviews are a way of letting us know how you're managing with your long term condition (e.g. Asthma, Blood pressure, Diabetes), your contraception, or your medication. Only complete a review if you've been asked to do so by your GP practice.

If you are aged 50 to 70, you will be invited once every three years for breast screening.
If you are over the age of 70, you may not get an invite but you can opt in to continue with screening. You are encouraged to contact the breast screening unit to schedule an appointment.
