Your appointment

However you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation:

  • by phone
  • face to face at the surgery
  • on a video call
  • by text or email

Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means you get help sooner.

Cancelling or changing an appointment

Appointments are precious. If you have to cancel your appointment, please try to do it well in advance so we can offer the appointment to another patient.

To cancel your appointment:

  • In the practice telephone system there is an option to cancel your appointment. Please call 0208 989 1968, select this and leave a message with your name, the date and time of the appointment and which Clinician the appointment is with.
  • use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
  • reply CANCEL to your appointment reminder text message

Appointment Reminders

Please turn on your notifications in your NHS app.

We are reducing the number of reminders we send by text.

This is due to the the fact that texts are costing the NHS millions, and the NHS is now limiting the amount of texts that GP practices can send.

Please look on the NHS app or Patient Access for your appointment details.
